Sky Becomes The Sea

Sunset falls, the end draws near
Shadows lift your human tears
White washed walls surround your eyes
Falling hard and out of time
Little hands receive a kiss
Tired eyes behold a wish
Fear of death becomes consuming
Darkness smiles, watching - looming
Carrying thoughts we drift afar
Putting dreams into a jar
Shutters closed at half past three
Sky has now become the Sea.
